The Big Lake is already well known by anglers for both its quantity, and quality of its residents. Ultimately, it is one of the best specimen waters in the South East of England and holds Carp to 48lb, along with a large head of 30lb plus fish, with the most recent stocking taking place in late 2022.
Big lake also has a good head of Tench and Bream, both of which go to 16lb, and Pike to 36lb.
This 14-acre tree lined lake has plenty of features with its islands, bars and plateaus, and depths that range from 2 to 17 foot. It is a weedy lake in the summer months and very rich in natural food so if you like a challenge and want the opportunity to catch a 40lb plus Carp or double figure Tench and Bream, this is the lake for you.
This lake has private car park and is fenced and gated for security.
Toilet facilities are also provided.
