This lake is part of the complex is to be found in Leybourne, near Snodland in Kent and is made up of 3 waters, the Big Lake, Trout Lake & Ford Lakes. The Big Lake is well known in angling circles for its 40lb+ commons along with tench & bream, both to 16lb+. The Trout & Ford Lakes both provide quality carp and general pleasure fishing. Membership is available for all 3 lakes or just the Trout Lake & Ford Lakes.
The Trout Lake is a 4 acre lake, of shady cool swims with an above average stocking of carp, tench, bream, perch, pike, rudd and roach all of which make this an excellent water for our junior members, which we are especially keen to promote and for the pleasure angler as well. Carp go to over 30lb, roach to 2lb, perch to 3.5lb, pike to 19lb and tench to 10lb. Surface fishing for the carp can be a very successful method during the summer months and maggots go down well with all species all year round with good bags of silver fish regularly reported.
All our lakes are fenced and gated for security, and have toilet facilities.
