The Big Lake is already well known by anglers for both its quantity and quality of its residents with carp to 46lb along with a large head of 30lb+ fish, the majority of which are commons. Also present are tench and bream both of which go to 16lb and Pike to 36lb. This tree lined lake of 14 acres, with its islands, bars and plateaus and depths which range from 2 to 17 foot. It is a weedy lake in the summer months and very rich in natural food so if you like a challenge and want the opportunity to catch a 40lb+ common or double figure Tench and Bream then this is the lake for you.

Ultimately, it is one of the best specimen waters in the South East of England. Membership is strictly limited to 200 people and members can also enjoy both the Trout & Ford Lakes as well.

Currently there is a waiting list in operation for this ticket.

All our lakes are fenced and gated for security, and have toilet facilities.
